  • What is the most common women's ring size?

The most commonly purchased women's ring sizes range from size 6 to 8. Size 6 is the most popular ring size sold at Klossey Jewelry. 

  • How do I figure out my ring size?

To determine your ring size, do the following:

Use a piece of string or dental floss and wrap it around the base of your finger.

Use a pen to mark the point on the string where the end meets.

Use a millimeter ruler to measure the string.

Choose the closest measurement to the one in the chart below to find your ring size.


Tips for best results:

Allow enough room to accommodate your knuckle.

Different fingers on the same and the opposite hand may have different sizes, therefore, measure the specific finger on which you plan on wearing the ring.

Measure your finger in warm temperature at the end of the day when your finger is likely to be largest.

 

  • What is your return policy?

We believe you're going to love your purchase, but if for some reason you’re not happy with it, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of order delivery for an exchange or a full refund. All merchandise must be in its original packaging and in its original condition.

To return your purchase please contact us at artizenjewelry@gmail.com for a return authorization form. In your email please include your name and the order number. Klossey Jewelry does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, so you may return any order through the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a track-able/insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return.

 

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll try to catch it before it goes out the door -- most orders process and ship immediately (excluding weekends and holidays). Please contact us ASAP to notify us of any changes you would like to make - we are available Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm CST.

 

  • When do I get my refund once I have returned an item?

Once we have received your item, you can expect your return to be processed within 3 business days. We'll send you an email notification as soon as we receive the item. It may take up to 3 business days for the refund to post depending on your card issuing bank.

 

  • If I return my order will I also receive a refund for my shipping charges?

Shipping charges are non-refundable. You will receive a refund less the cost of shipping. Please contact us via email regarding a return of damaged or incorrect product.

 

  • What are the shipping options?

We ship US Postal Service Priority Mail at a flat rate of $5.95 per order to Continental U.S. and $7.95 to Canada.

Orders that total $101 and up enjoy a complimentary FREE shipping. 

Orders that total over $300 will ship via FedEx ground with signature confirmation.

If you are in need of a rush service, please contact us vie email and we’ll be happy to arrange it.

We try our best to send out all orders within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Because our jewelry is imported from Europe, there may occasionally be delays in shipments and/or production, but we will inform you if an item is back-ordered or no longer available as our supplier may discontinue a certain design. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order ships. We apologize but we are currently unable to ship internationally (except for Canada).

 

  • Do you charge tax on orders?

We are based in Illinois and charge 9.75% sales tax for any orders shipped to the state of Illinois.

 

  • I’d like to purchase something as a gift. Can you ship the order directly to the recipient?

Yes. Every item arrives ready for gift giving in a branded cotton pouch inside of a gift box. If you are sending a gift directly to someone, leave instructions in the comments section at checkout and we will enclose a small card with your message.

 

  • What is your pricing policy?

Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in the precious metals market and exchange rates. Please note that sales and coupon codes are only valid during the promotional period stated in the offer, and therefore we are unable to do any price adjustments.

 

  • Why do you ask if I want to sign up for your newsletter?

    If you sign up for our email list, we will give you an advanced notice of sales and new merchandise. Email addresses that we collect from our customers are only used internally, but if you’d still like to unsubscribe from our newsletter, please contact us at hello@klossey.com and we will remove your name within a reasonable period of time.

     

    • Do you offer coupon codes?

    Occasionally we may run a special promotion. However, you should be aware that coupons may not be combined and may not apply to sale items unless stated otherwise.

     

    • What payment methods do you accept?

    We take Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Paypal for payment. 

     

    • Do you offer warranty on your products?

    Klossey Jewelry’s warranty covers all products against defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase. After having received the defective product, we will either repair it using new or refurbished parts, or replace it with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is being replaced, or refund all or part of the purchase price of the product. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever period is longer. 

    This warranty does not apply to damage due to excessive wear or abuse, accident or misuse; repairs performed by any other jeweler will void this warranty.

    Do not expose your jewelry to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of our product and consequently void the warranty.
