Pre-Order Policy

We strive to fill each order immediately but sometimes items do go out of stock. For most items that either have just gone out of stock or are “coming soon” there is an option of pre-ordering.

What are Pre-Orders?
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our store. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own shipping date.
When will my pre-ordered item arrive?
Your items are guaranteed for delivery to you as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.
The average wait time on “MOTYLE” Collection items is 3 to 4 weeks and on “KLOSSEY” Collection 2 to 3 weeks. All our jewelry comes from Europe and therefore occasionally delays may occur due to various factors. If this should happen, we will contact you and provide a more precise ship date.
In some cases, your product may already be “en-route” to us which will shorten your wait time.
Can I cancel my Pre-Order?
Absolutely! If you wish to change or cancel your pre-order before shipment, we will issue a refund for the full amount paid.
Do you require prepayment for a Pre-Order item?
Yes. Your credit card will be charged at the time the pre-order is placed. This will lock your order and you will have top priority.

What if I place a combined order?
If you place a combined order, the in-stock items will be shipped immediately, and pre-order items as specified above. You will only be charged once for shipping if your combined order is below $75. Any order above $75 ships for free.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders and issue a full refund if the maker of the jewelry decides to discontinue a particular design.
