Shipping & Return Policy
At this time, all of U.S. orders ship for FREE using US Postal Service Priority Mail.
There is a flat fee of $5.95 for all Canadian orders.
Orders that total over $300 will ship via FedEx ground with signature confirmation.
If you are in need of a rush service, please contact us vie email and we’ll be happy to arrange it.
We try our best to send out all orders within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Because all of our jewelry is imported from Europe, there may occasionally be delays in shipments and/or production, but we will inform you if an item is backordered or no longer available in the event that our supplier discontinues a particular design.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order ships. We apologize but we are currently unable to ship internationally (except Canada).
We believe you're going to love your purchase, but if for some reason you’re not happy with it, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of order delivery for an exchange or a full refund. All merchandise must be in its original packaging and in its original condition.

To return your purchase please contact us at email@example.com for a return authorization form. In your email please include your name and the order number. Klossey Jewelry does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, so you may return any order through the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return.
