All U.S. orders for FREE using US Postal Service 1st Class Mail.

There is a flat fee of $6.95 USD for all Canadian orders.

If you are in need of a rush service, please contact us vie email and we’ll be happy to arrange it.

We try our best to send out all orders within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Because all our jewelry is imported from Europe, there may occasionally be delays in shipments and/or production, but we will inform you if an item is backordered or no longer available in the event that our supplier discontinues a particular design.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order ships. We apologize but we are currently unable to ship internationally (except Canada).

 

  • Returns

We believe you're going to love your purchase, but if for some reason you’re not happy with it, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of order delivery for an exchange or a full refund. All merchandise must be in its original packaging and in its original condition.

To return your purchase please contact us at hello@klossey.com for a return authorization form. In your email please include your name and the order number. After your order is deemed returnable, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label.

Your credit will be issued once we receive and inspect the merchandise
